Great story and Montana grit in full view

Too many “true stories” read like history books, filled with important facts and dates. This book will keep you up past midnight, racing through page after page, because the character and determination of this small-town sheriff wills you to see him succeed in getting justice for a kidnapping and callous murder. If this were a movie, we’d be rolling our eyes at the location of the final showdown between the lawman and the killer, but this was reality, perhaps graced by a touch of karma.

Seems nice in the summer. Cold in the winter.

This book was excellent, so well researched. It was never boring and you won't be able to put it down for the last 100 pages. Great read. Thanks.
