    Best book I have read in a long time. I am an avid heath reader , and have studied microbiome, gut health, and fiber for a few years at this point. Still this book layed out the information in such a fascinating, easy to execute way. Thank you for bringing light to the subject in such a great way! I would recommend everyone to read, as it impacts and helps every single persons health
