Bill, seeking the termination of a testamentary residuary trust. The plaintiff claims a failure of conditions attaching to them and a consequent intestacy of the remainder. She is the testators sole heir-at-law, and asserts that her ownership of the remainder interest operates to extinguish her equitable life estate.
